At Alliance Française, there are two options of assessment.

Option 1 - Internal Assessment (Certificates of the Alliance Française de Singapour).
Alliance Française de Singapour regularly organises class exams and certifies language capabilities achieved every 2 sessions.

Option 2 - International Certification

2.1 Examinations organized by the French Ministry of Education
Alliance Française is under llicense for organising the exams of DELF and DALF Diplomas (French Ministry of Education); twice a year, last week of May and last week of November.


2.2 External Examinations organised by Chambre de Commerce et d'industrie de Paris (CCIP).
Alliance Française de Singapour is a partner of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and organises the professional diplomas of the CCIP. Special exam coaching classes can be scheduled any time on request (minimum 8 participants).


2.3 Advanced Diplomas of Alliance Française de Paris
Alliance Française de Singapour is under contract with the Alliance Française de Paris for organizing the advanced Diplomas
Diplôme supérior Option Civilisation (SCIV)
Diplôme supérior Option Litérature (DSLIT)

2.4 Certification throughout the year: TEF / TCF.
In case of a last minute call for a proficiency assessment, Alliance Française offers the possibility to sit for the standardized test of the Paris Chamber of Commerce (TEF) or the French Ministry of Education (TCF). These tests are the French equivalent of the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) or ELTS (ECCMA Language Translation Schema).
