STARS tout simplement…

In October, it’s cinema cinema cinema! Lovers of French cinema and movie stars got a special treat as the Alliance present “STARS tout simplement…”, a photo exhibition by French photographer Marcel Thomas. 30 works by were on display at the Alliance from 5 October till 18 October, as part of the 22nd Singapore French Film Festival.

The 22nd Singapore French Film Festival 2006 Closing Night at the Alliance Française de Singapour

The 22nd Singapore French Film Festival closing night was on 14 October 2006. The Alliance was honoured to receive esteemed guests who have faithfully supported us throughout the festival.

The Alliance Française auditorium was filled to an average capacity of 61.65% per screening, as compared to 43% last year, and that of the festival, (Cathay and the Alliance) was at 63.19% compared to 53.3% for the 2005 edition.
