TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Alliance Française membership card is required to borrow any document.

MultiMedia Center - REGULATIONS (English version)


CHARGES

French learning methods may be borrowed free of charge.

Videos and DVDs require the purchase of a card: $20 for 5 videos or DVD, $40 for 10 videos or DVD.

Internet access is charged at a rate of $1 per half-hour.

Photocopies and printings are charged 20 cents a piece.



PENALTIES


20 cents per day will be charged for every overdue document.

$1 will be charged for each damaged CD or CD-Rom case.

The borrower will bear the cost of every lost or damaged item.




OTHER USEFUL INFORMATIONS


Videos, DVD, Audio-cassettes, CDs and CD-Roms may be used for free at the Resource Center.

You can request for an extension of the borrowing period by phone. You are only allowed an extension twice.

It is paramount that borrowed documents are handed over to the librarians, and not to the Alliance Française receptionists.
